I'm an IT Support Engineer who enjoys turning messy systems into smooth, human-friendly experiences. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with Apple hardware, Google Workspace, and modern SaaS tools to keep teams secure without slowing them down.
My sweet spot is the intersection of people, process, and automation: designing onboarding and offboarding flows, documenting clearly, and building repeatable workflows so that the “boring but important” parts of IT happen reliably in the background.
Outside of work, I experiment in my home lab with TrueNAS, Docker, and networking — using that tinkering to bring practical, battle-tested ideas back into the workplace.

Designed automated flows to coordinate user lifecycle events across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and device management. Reduced manual steps, tightened access control, and gave HR/IT a clear, trackable process.
Created a system to align Slack user groups with identity roles so access to channels and apps is driven by clear, documented rules rather than one-off requests.
Built a TrueNAS-based home lab using ZFS, Docker, and Portainer to host media, monitoring, and lab services. Used the environment to test backup, networking, and performance strategies before applying them at work.
